This grand concert has the most stunning back I have ever built. Made of figured makore (sometimes called African cherry), the shatoiance is enhanced by the dark burst. This great looking makore is carried over to the sides, peghead veneer, peghead backstrapping, soundhole rosette, and is also used to cap the Laskin-style armrest.
