Let me build your dream guitar. |

In this picture of the neck, you can see that I have profiled the peghead. The hole in the peghead is the access to the trussrod (a mechanism for correcting too much relief—curve) in the neck. Normally, you want a little bit of relief, but the tension of the strings over time (about 160 lbs. of constant pressure) can warp the neck to the point where it is unplayable without a good trussrod. You can also see that I have installed the frets and fretmarkers (little crosses). Next up for the neck is the shaping of the back and heel. |
